Why We Do What We Do
It began when we noticed a recurring challenge: many clients were frustrated with slow onboarding processes and delays in being connected with a consultant.
This lack of efficiency created unnecessary stress, especially for business travelers working under tight timelines to obtain their Canadian visas.
We believed clients deserved a more efficient and transparent experience. So, we focused on improving how we engage with clients from the very beginning. We streamlined our onboarding, simplified instructions, and used tools to make communication faster and easier to follow.
Another important decision was, we made a conscious decision to take on only the number of clients we could properly support, because we refuse to treat people like numbers. The result was transformational.
